We understand that purchasing a laptop or computer can be a significant investment, which is why we offer a warranty policy to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Our standard warranty policy will be applied in lieu of manufacturers, importers, distributors, and vendors’ warranty guidelines. However, we have limited liability to provide warranty, especially in cases related to damages in transit, misuse and power failure, etc.

Please note that if you chose a product that mentions international warranty, it means you agree that there is no warranty liability of the seller in Pakistan. In the case that your laptop needs servicing, replacing, or repairing, the unit has to be sent by the customer to that region, such as the US, UAE, etc. We would only be able to help you with troubleshooting steps. Therefore, it is advised to clear warranty-related issues before ordering the product to avoid any confusion.

Please be aware that used computer laptops, desktops, and add-ons will not be returnable. The checking warranty will be applied for 7 days from the date of purchase. It is important to check your ordering items while receiving the shipment/delivery as no damage claims will be accepted.

Regarding cancellation requests, they may be accepted before delivery/pickup. Requests may be submitted by phone, email, online, or in person. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please contact us.

In terms of our Terms & Conditions, all laptops come with a 7-day checking warranty. Display, touch, screen, camera, speakers, and power warranty is on-spot. However, there is no warranty in case of damage, burn, dead, or no display. All laptops come with a minimum one-hour battery backup. Purchased items cannot be returned, and there will be a 30% deduction in case of item return in the same condition. Please note that items in their manufacturer warranty can only be claimed through the manufacturer.
